OpenTabs is a personal product of Eduardo Martos, independent of Natiboo.

Purpose

This website and the extension provide information about OpenTabs. The Pro plan is purchased from the extension. Payment is made with Stripe Checkout.

Intellectual and industrial property

The intellectual and industrial property rights over the original elements of OpenTabs that belong to the owner are protected by the applicable law. This includes its code, its design and its content.

Third-party components, libraries, trademarks and other elements remain owned by their holders and subject to their license terms.

Using OpenTabs does not transfer any intellectual or industrial property rights. Only the rights of use stated in the applicable terms or in the corresponding licenses are granted.

Liability

OpenTabs is an extension to organize and manage browser tabs.

The artificial intelligence features depend on the provider and endpoint that the user configures with their own API key (BYOK model). The user chooses and contracts that provider.

The optional Pro sync is different. It runs on the infrastructure that OpenTabs contracts from Cloudflare, through https://api.useopentabs.com. It does not use Google or Google Drive.

The owner does not guarantee the continuous availability of third-party services. Nor is the owner liable for what those third parties do on their own account. The involvement of these providers does not remove the obligations or liability that correspond to the owner for the services the owner offers.

Some OpenTabs features let you close, reorganize, save or sync tabs and settings. We recommend reviewing these actions before applying them and keeping a copy of important information.

Nothing in this legal notice excludes or limits the non-waivable rights of consumers. Nor does it limit the owner's liability where the law imposes it, in particular for lack of conformity of digital content and services, wilful misconduct, negligence or breach of legal obligations.

Cookies and storage

The website https://useopentabs.com does not use advertising trackers. It uses Cloudflare Web Analytics without cookies, only for aggregated visit and performance statistics. Details are in the privacy policy.

The website may use cookies or technical storage needed for its security and operation. Payment takes place in Stripe Checkout, on a Stripe page (checkout.stripe.com). Stripe manages that page under its own privacy policy.

The extension stores its settings and usage data in the browser's technical storage (for example chrome.storage).

If non-essential cookies were used in the future, we would say so and ask for consent first.

Governing law and jurisdiction

This website and the OpenTabs services are governed by Spanish law. This does not affect the mandatory consumer protection rules of the user's country of habitual residence.

If the user is a consumer, the competent courts will be those that correspond under the mandatory rules on jurisdiction and territorial venue.

In all other cases, and only where the law allows the parties to agree on territorial venue, the parties submit to the courts of Seville.
